2.5 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on bk322 is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account tier and verification status. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions. bk322 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing on the next available business day. bk322 targets a processing time of under four hours for verified accounts during business hours, though actual transfer times depend on the receiving mobile financial service.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your bk322 account. bk322 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts that exceed your recent deposit history.

3.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

The following conditions may result in a withdrawal being held or refused:

• The withdrawal destination does not match the name on the registered account

3.5 Currency and Exchange

If a deposit is made using a Visa or Mastercard denominated in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the rate determined by your card issuer, over which bk322 has no control.

4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, bk322 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the associated account.

4.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions have a stated validity period. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated time window will expire automatically. bk322 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already activated and in progress unless the modification is required to address fraud or system error.

4.5 Cricket Season Promotions

Seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and other major cricket events are made available periodically. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions in this section plus any specific terms stated in the promotion. Cricket betting promotions may include cashback on losing bets, enhanced odds for selected fixtures, and free bet tokens. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of free bet winnings.

As a registered player on bk322, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following obligations apply to your use of the platform at all times.

5.1 Lawful Use

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bk322 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a voluntary account closure, bk322 will confirm your identity and check for any pending withdrawals, active bonus wagering requirements, or open bets. Pending withdrawals will be processed to their conclusion before the account is formally closed. Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Closure by bk322

bk322 reserves the right to close or suspend any registered account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploit software
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request
• Suspected underage gambling

Where an account is closed by bk322 for breach of Terms, any balance held — including both deposited funds and any bonus-derived winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may do so via the self-exclusion tool available in the account settings panel or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion closures are treated with special care: the account is closed promptly, re-registration is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period, and marketing communications cease immediately. 7.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account for any reason, access to the bk322 platform will be revoked. You will not be able to access these records directly after closure, but may request a summary by contacting the support team within 90 days of closure.

8.1 Platform Availability

bk322 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino games and sports betting outcomes on bk322 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by the real-world events to which bets are placed. bk322 does not guarantee any particular outcome to any player. Losses sustained as a result of normal gameplay are the sole financial responsibility of the player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a fair outcome from being determined, the affected round will be voided and any stakes wagered during that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

8.3 Third-Party Services

8.4 Indemnification

8.5 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk322's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk322 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 No Warranty

The bk322 platform and all content, games, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bk322 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, virus-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
